Q: What is Dandy Mail?
A: Dandy Mail is a small business specializing in Korean stickers, stationery, and office supplies. Our products are sourced directly from artists and suppliers in Korea, ensuring high-quality and unique designs.

Q: How did Dandy Mail start?
A: I’ve always dreamed of owning a sticker shop—even studying Advertising and Graphic Design in college to learn how to create and market my own products. After graduating, I realized I had a deeper appreciation for other artists' work than for creating my own. This led me to open Dandy Mail: a shop dedicated to curating and reselling beautifully designed stickers and stationery.


Tariffs, Duties, & Taxes

⚠️ Attention Canadian Customers:
All tariffs, duties, and taxes imposed by Canadian customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Shipping fees will not be refunded if an item is returned due to non-payment of these fees.


Ordering

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Browse our shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Q: How much do I need to spend to qualify for free shipping?
A: Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $200 or more (before tax). Enter the code FREE$HIP20 at checkout to redeem.

Please Note:

  • Offer valid only for U.S. addresses

  • Total must be $200 before taxes

  • Code FREE$HIP20 cannot be combined with other discount codes

  • Free shipping is not available for Canadian orders

  • Only one discount code per order


Hold My Order

Q: How does the “Hold Order” option work?
A: Our 45-day Hold Order option lets you combine multiple orders into one shipment to save on shipping.

  1. Place your first order and pay as usual—shipping is charged on this order.

  2. Email mail@dandymailshop.com with your order number to request the hold. Orders without this email will ship immediately.

  3. You have 45 days to place additional orders.

IMPORTANT:

  • If combined held orders total $200 or more, use FREE$HIP20 at checkout for FREE SHIPPING

  • Any previously paid shipping fees will be refunded

  • Only one discount code per order

When ready to ship, email us your name and order number(s) to request shipment.


Shipping & Returns

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Processing time is 3–5 business days, Monday-Friday. Orders are not packed on the weekend. Shipping confirmation will be sent once your order is on its way.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to the United States and Canada

📌 Canadian Customers: Duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. The flat $6.99 shipping fee does not apply.

Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at mail@dandymailshop.com. We’ll help resolve the issue.

A: All major credit cards and PayPal

Discount Codes:

  • Cannot be combined with free shipping or sale items

  • Using a code on sale items will replace the sale price with the code discount
