A: Dandy Mail is a small business specializing in Korean stickers, stationery, and office supplies. Our products are sourced directly from artists and suppliers in Korea, ensuring high-quality and unique designs.
Q: How did Dandy Mail start?
A: I've always dreamed of owning a sticker shop—even studying Advertising and Graphic Design in college to learn how to create and market my own products. After graduating, I realized I had a deeper appreciation for other artists' work than for creating my own. This led me to open Dandy Mail: a shop dedicated to curating and reselling beautifully designed stickers and stationery.
Ordering
Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply browse our shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
Q: How much do I need to spend to qualify for free shipping?
A: Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $200 or more (before tax). To redeem, enter the code FREE$hip20 at checkout.

This discount code covers up to $15.00 in shipping costs. Please note that it may not fully cover shipping fees for orders requiring "large box" shipping, such as those including multiple Recorder Factory Pins Blind Boxes. Orders containing more than six Blind Boxes typically require this larger packaging.
If you’d prefer to have the pins shipped without their boxes to reduce shipping costs, feel free to message me after placing your order to request this adjustment.
Any excess shipping charges paid beyond the actual shipping cost will be refunded.

Hold My Order
Q: How does the “Hold Order” option work?
A: To help you save on shipping, we offer a 45-day hold option that lets you combine multiple orders into one shipment. Here’s how it works:

Place your first order and pay as usual—shipping will be charged on this order.

Important: After checking out, email mail@dandymailshop.com with your order number to request the hold. If we don’t receive your email, your order will be shipped right away.

You’ll have 45 days to place additional orders.

Any shipping fees paid on those additional orders will be refunded.

If your combined orders total $200 or more, your shipping will be fully refunded—U.S. only.
When you’re ready to ship: Email mail@dandymailshop.com with your name and order number(s) to request shipment.
Shipping & Returns
Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: Our processing time is 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
📌 Canadian Customers: Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. The flat $6.99 shipping fee does not apply to Canadian orders.
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at mail@dandymailshop.com with your order details. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
